I am a BACP-qualified counsellor and EMDR practitioner with a private practice, with both private and voluntary experience at The Knightsbridge School through the organisation Place2Be, as well as with the charities Homestart and Phoenix, counselling adults dealing with difficulties and trauma.

I  work with both adults and children who are struggling with life's challenges. Together, we can explore any painful experiences and behavioural patterns that may be unhelpful, to facilitate change and growth through compassion, empathy and understanding.

I offer a warm, safe and secure environment in my discrete practices in Fulham, Clapham and Richmond, where you can explore your feelings and emotions. If you think therapy is something you wish to explore, the next step would be to book an initial appointment to discuss what you would like to get out of therapy and how we can work together. I currently have some availability for long-term face-to-face work, short-term face-to-face-work, and appointments via zoom.

My areas of special interest and experience include anxiety, PTSD, panic attacks, confidence and self-esteem, stress, trauma, loneliness, depression, relationship issues, intimacy issues, divorce, family conflict, infidelity, life transitions, peer relationships, boarding school survivors, attachment issues, estrangement, abuse and grief, bereavement and loss.

An initial brief introductory call is free of charge. It is an opportunity for us to explore what you are looking for from therapy and for you to see if you would like to work with me in the future. We can also agree on the session fee, and regular appointment time going forward.
